When different intervention strategies for rehabilitating a building or a structure are possible, finding the best one and establishing the ensuing corrective measures require, in each case, a preliminary diagnosis that allows for a complete understanding of the significance of the problems to be dealt with.

With its qualified personnel and the proper technology and materials, Stap is then capable of applying a wide range of advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Currently, Stap provides services in three major areas: Recent constructions, ancient constructions, and foundations and underground structures. In order to maintain and strengthen its leadership and to improve its competitiveness, the company makes a constant effort of organisation and specialisation, with particular attention to technological developments.
